Tessa Adams is a pseudonym for popular erotic romance (NAL Heat) and Harlequin (Super Romance and Spice Briefs) author, Tracy Wolff. According to what I was able to find on the Tracy Wolff website, it seems Dark Embers was the first book she wrote as Tessa Adams. One possible reason for the pseudonym might have been the departure from contemporary fiction to paranormal. Otherwise, I'm not sure why she would want to trade names. Her work seems to be popular with readers. :)
